Registration fees for conference participants include:

Admission to scientific, poster and technical sessions
Congress materials (badge, delegate bag, final program and abstract book)
Welcome party on Wednesday evening 16^th March
Coffee breaks
Thursday/Friday/Saturday lunch and dinner
Poster session and refreshments
Conference dinner on Saturday 19^th March at Restaurant Chantebise
VAT

Registration fees for accompanying persons include:

Welcome party on Wednesday 16^th March
Coffee breaks
Dinners on Thursday 17^th & Friday 18^th (lunches are not included)
Conference dinner on Saturday 19^th March at Restaurant Chantebise
VAT
Please note that 'accompanying person fees' do not include attendance to the scientific, poster and technical sessions. Also Thursday/Friday/Saturday-lunches are not included, although it will be possible to buycoupons for 25 €/lunch.

SCHOOL REGISTRATION

A charge of 75 € will be made for the school attendance. Recall that lodging (on-site) and meals at the on-site canteen are covered by the grants from the ILL and ESRF.
